Bill Seitz
Bill Seitz is an attorney in the firm’s Daytona Beach office. Mr Seitz attended Stetson University for undergraduate studies, where he was a three-year letterman on the division one varsity basketball team. Following his graduation from Stetson, Mr Seitz attended Samford University Cumberland School of Law, graduating in 1979. Mr Seitz has been practicing law in Daytona Beach since 1979.

During that time, his practice has been focused primarily on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury cases. Mr Seitz has handled both defense insurance cases and also plaintiffs’ cases. He was the managing partner in his own law firm for over 25 years. At the present time, he is handling defense litigation in automobile accidents, trip and falls, premises liability, homeowner’s insurance, dog bite cases and other types of injury claims. He has tried cases from both the defendant’s side and the plaintiff’s side.
In addition, he is a certified Circuit Civil Court mediator and has handled hundreds of mediations over the years.
Mr. Seitz is the father of four children and has four grandchildren. Over the years he has coached in youth sports and is involved at First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida.
