Amber Davids

Amber Brooks Davids leads the firm’s third-party personal injury litigation division of the Daytona Beach office.  She specializes in insurance defense litigation, defending governmental entities, and general civil defense litigation in both state and federal court.   Prior to joining the firm, she was the Senior Associate at two insurance defense litigation firms in Daytona Beach.
Before attending law school, Amber served as a Senior Paralegal for numerous years in Chicago, Illinois.   Amber obtained her undergraduate degree with honors from Northern Illinois University.  She served as the International President for the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.    She is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, where she successfully competed in numerous international and national moot court honor board competitions as both an oralist and brief writer.
 
Amber is a licensed Florida Bar member and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida; United States District Court, Southern District of Florida; and The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Amber currently serves as the President elect of the Board of the Volusia County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.  She is also a member of the Dunn-Blount American Inn of Court and the Volusia Flagler Association for Woman Lawyers.  She enjoys serving as the chair of numerous yearly community service projects that benefit foster children and other members of our community.
