David Fifner
David A. Fifner attended Stetson University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is licensed in state and federal courts in Ohio and Florida. He began his legal career at U.S. Truck Lines, Inc. of Delaware as counsel to 35 trucking subsidiaries handling all matters involving the trucking industry.

David also served as in-house counsel for Progressive Insurance handling all matters of insurance and defense of their insureds. David has actively been involved in the trial of lawsuits on behalf of trucking companies, their employees, insurers and their insureds for over 30 years.
